Keipi
Keipi is a nonprofit restaurant bringing the flavors and spirit of the Republic of Georgia to Greenville. Tucked into the Caucasus mountains, Georgian cuisine is one of the world's great undiscovered culinary traditions, built on centuries-old winemaking, generous hospitality, and communal feasting. At Keipi, that tradition comes to life through dishes like khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread), natural wines from an 8,000-year-old winemaking culture, and the Supra, a long-table toasting feast that turns dinner into an event. Every meal supports First Things Foundation's international humanitarian fieldwork, making dining here as meaningful as it is memorable.
